About the rape thing, personally, I think this may have been the ONLY time it wasn't Anita's fault. First off, Noel was dying then and there so Anita probably wasn't thinking clearly (though this could be argued since, as noted, she went and snogged Haven first). However, I still doubt that even if Anita had nearby food, this probably would have still happened. Marmee/Morte d'Amor caused this massive hunger right away, one that even JC and Richard had trouble fighting. Of course, the after math doesn't talk about how everyone was raped really. We don't get to see any emotions or how troubling it is for everyone so again, major fail.

And then she feels that the lower one is definitely male (hint: a penis is alluded to without ever being called a penis!)
Huh... the first time I read this I thought Anita was referring to the weight and feel of the body.
