Damien is the most sensible character in this series. I want to kidnap him and put him in a better series. How has he not bludgeoned himself to death to escape her?

I wonder if we're supposed to somehow see Anita's inability to feed herself as somehow admirable? Like, "oh, she's so dedicated to her job and her "people" she forgoes/forgets her own needs! She's so selfless!"

You know, as opposed to, "why won't she just starve to death already?"
