Right? He's done LITERALLY NOTHING this entire series. I suppose he's generous with regards to Tommy and his family, that is nice (though NOT giving them anything would be pretty shitty) but like...Petronia can travel to freaking Italy by flight in a night, surely she can go across the globe as she pleases and encounter a great deal more suitable candidates for her 'gift' who are worth preserving as some sort of reward. This would make a lot more sense as a punishment, but as violent as Petronia is to Quinn, Rice can't seem to bear actually having her find FAULT with him. God forbid anyone ever do that!
