Maybe Vivian has an Irish accent? That would be like the only telling way know...
And even then, Anita has a damn good ear. A lot of Americans (especially in the Midwest, sigh) can't tell the nuances that are between a Scottish, Irish, northern British, and Welsh accent unless someone lined them all up and demonstrated them together.
I'm not saying it's possible, but unless Anita spends a lot of time around listening to accents other than JC's...
