9.) Poor Richard. He can never do anything right, even when what he does is sane and logical... like not being a creeper at a random recital.

10.) Okay, so I have to admit that I only read up to the first part of the book where Anita does her best impression of an emotional abuser and takes a vehemently protesting (and crying!) Asher to bed. Then I glanced ahead and saw that Anita gives Asher hell for not being enamored, delighted and swept off his feet by their night together and for, horror of horrors, expecting to be a full boyfriend with full boyfriend privileges. (Like, you know, a 'Hi Asher! I'm glad to see you!" Seriously, he wanted that from Anita, was sad when he didn't get it, and was curb-stomped for being upset about it.) So I'm good on the bits up to that.

So Asher shows up in Burnt Offerings in a hideous tweed suit (with elbow pads, I think) and a leather duster that drapes all around Anita and drags after her because she is tiny and Asher is, apparently, a giant. He is crazy about JC and mockingly antagonistic towards Anita. He only wears the lace up leather pants when he has to for the... uh... whatever the hell the end of the book was.

Then Blue Moon happens and Asher wears hideous corduroy pants and a white shirt when he gets to pick his own clothes and leather pants during the vampire meet and greet. I think he borrows a t-shirt off of someone at some point later in the text shortly before he (accidentally?) rolls Anita and she desperately wants to kill him but can't because of the witnesses... which, by the way, doesn't sound like a healthy sort of love at all.

The Obsidian Butterfly happens, Anita ignores her boyfriends, goes to bug Edward in New Mexico, and we hear nothing of Asher.
