I had completely forgotten about that. You are right. I think it was brought up more than once that Micah hid his eyes as well when out in public. So they are truly leopard eyes or people wouldn't freak when they see them as if Micah was about to shift.
If LKH wants to indicate that as more weres are coming out and people are getting used to it, because you know everything changed when Anita invented the furry coalition, then she should write it that way. Instead she again likes to make the general public as stupid and ignorant as possible.
