It's like no one ever told Anita/LKH that just because something is an option doesn't mean that it's an option that you (or any sane, semi-decent person) should take. Additionally, she has no right to expect everyone she ever meets to bare all their deep, dark secrets to her. Not everything is her business!
Anita demands that he "tell me who's on our side and who isn't" Why would he KNOW this? And why doesn't anyone ever LIE to anyone, ever, in this series? Or change their mind?

I... am not certain why the tigers themselves would want to be enslaved by ANYONE, much less someone like Anita. Additionally, I'm not certain why THEY aren't trying to kill her on general principle. And, if they have to have a master, why can't it be someone that they choose and elect to power? Or, say, another tiger.

(Richard having sex with men, Asher having sex with her, Nick's lobotomy, JC having sex with her and Asher at the same time, London & Nick & various other characters' forced addictions to her, etc.) Unlike Valentina, Anita DOES go directly for the things that will most hurt the person that she 'loves' -- Asher's self image issues, Jean-Claude's sexual past, Richard's sexual preferences, etc. And she enjoys their attempts to twist and wriggle free of the situations that she puts them in, especially since they won't escape her.
After all, isn't that what Jeffrey Dahmer tried to do? I don't know. Wasn't he a cannibal?
