Richard lives in the suburbs, not the country Apparently he lives out in the woods now! Random change in residence?
Okay, I actually live in the area where Richard lives (five minutes from Seckman). Here is the thing. It's not really a suburb type area and not quite middle of nowhere either. Honestly, we hear gunshots on a weekly basis around here so no, people would not really pay attention to said gunshot. There are also plenty of car accidents, which again, tend to go ignored unless you see someone in the car or near it.
