I saw the other kids manipulate the teachers into doing stuff for them, believing they couldn't do work they were totally capable of, etc.
This bothers me so much! My room mates and I have actually been complaining about the soon to be ex-room mate (We'll call her Steve). Anyway, Steve is bipolar and it looks as if she has found the right medication. The thing that pisses me off is that she still doesn't try to better herself! Meds do NOT fix everything! You still have to work pretty hard at it! One of my family members has it as well, but you can see that she is trying so hard to overcome this hurdle. Like you can see her trying and surrounding herself with things that help her (puppies, in her case) whereas Steve just sits around on her ass all day. I mean, I more than understand that the depressive state can lead to that (I have depression), but it bothers me so so much that Steve doesn't try to bother herself when the family member is trying so hard and even myself worked at bettering myself.
