Yeah! And a lot of cities in the smaller provinces (like those in New Brunswick, for example) are not even ten minutes away from large expanses of forest that are so easy to get lost in. A city like that would be the perfect place to play host to any supernatural critter that can look human sometimes, since a lot of people spend their time there anyway. All they need to do is leave the path at one point and they're pretty much set to shift. As long as they can keep a good distance away from other people of course, which isn't hard at all in a place like that.
