I have two examples: Nathaniel's height increased at least two inches between Danse Macabre and Dancing. It's possible that he was intended to grow, because he's young enough for that technically, but I don't think that's what LKH intended to happen. A more important gaffe: in DM she says all necromancers will accidentally raise dead people if they don't have an outlet to do so on purpose. In later books, only Anita is this powerful.
And if I, who have read very little LKH, caught that stuff, there must be so much more to find. Doesn't need a database my heiny.
